DASHBOARD CREATION PREPARATION TASKS:
- Gather source data files, preferably in a format like flat Excel CSV files for ease of use
- Examine the content of the provided materials and meeting notes to identify the overarching goals of CHS
- Information gathering, collect data from source files to understand, understand roles of members
- Grasp CHS's organizational structure for effective Finance Committee collaboration
- Organize folders to categorize source data files by type
- Get to know when stakeholder meetings are and show up to hear what's needed
- Establish objectives for dashboard development that align with CHS Vestry and Finance Committee goals
